"Courteous staff. Location trendy with walkable good restaurants and connected to a mall. Fixtures are old, no hot water, few shower tiles unglued. Terrace was used as storages. Visible crawling pest. Very disappointed as it was advertised as 5 star accommodation. "

"I would choose this accommodation for all my stays in BGC. It's perfectly situated across major malls and restaurants, and is walking distance to Market Market and SM Aura, and St. Lukes. "I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole"

"good location, good looking building outside, but not inside the rooms. Dust caked in fins and filters of air conditioners and they ran and worked poorly. The stove was an old rusted hot plate. Bathroom and shower smelled badly and was not sanitized. "
