“The room ac made a rattling noise, we had a sound machine to cover it up but would have requested another room. Also got no housekeeping our first day, even though we put the sign on at 10:30am. We also were supposed to receive a free breakfast that was charged to our room. The new building has no atmosphere like the original so was rather generic overalll. Also the rooftop bar was closed. We have stayed before and it was excellent. Not so much this time. ”

“This hotel doesn’t provide in room coffee or even a glass/ ice bucket!!! The coffee shop was meh and the grab and go hard boiled eggs were inedible!! Nice staff- very helpful and kept our bags after check out since we had an evening flight! Overall good experience- but come on, coffee!!!”

“Love rooms”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
