Pool was filthy when we arrived , kids couldn’t enjoy.
If low season requires a non buffet all inclusive - it should be noted
Fire alarm was sounding couldn’t sleep - there is no management in situ just a WhatsApp that is not monitored 24x7
Employees were nice and respectful-

Beautiful waterfall and good for swimming. Entrance fee was higher than expected. We paid $40 for 3 adults 2 kids. There is a lifeguard on duty.

this is the most beautiful waterfall with the blue water that we saw in Costa Rica. No swimming allowed.

A lovely way to spend the day. Busy trail, Ticos and visitors from all over. Waterfall steps are steep and trail can have various degrees of muddy.
