“Your accessible room was not accessible. No space for mobility aids, random doors leading to nowhere blocked by furniture, no way to get into beds easily with walls blocking them, bathroom door doesn’t stay open, shower chair doesn’t fit in shower, room as far away from entry to hotel as possible which is not accessible at all. ”

“There was rust on many of the metal fixtures in the bathroom but it was clean. Bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly, they were accommodating for both my dogs, there is plenty of food, gas and shopping nearby. I would stay there again when traveling through to see family. ”

“I ended up buying the suite with the jet tub. Nice sized room. Very clean. Very good lighting. This stay is alot better than many others. Dont expect a nice breakfast at the hotel but one of my favorite places which is the waffe house....is literally near the hotel. There are many nearby places for food as well. This place has very easy access to the highway which i like about it as well. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Located on 450 acres with a working farm, unit is clean, well furnished , has good AC/heating system. Owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Loved the front porch that was covered so we could hang out during a night time Texas thunderstorm, and a separate area with an outdoor fire pit for when weather is nice. Plenty of room to take a walk out in the pasture with a pond that has a paddleboat. This is a great place to escape to the country life and relax and rejuvenate. Highly……

“There was a mix up with rental being double booked. Instead of cabin we reserved 15 months earlier, we were housed in a house apparently used as part of venue operations. It certainly was not what we expected but we made the best of it! It was clean and bed was comfortable so we chose to overlook the minor hiccups. Most importantly it was a great eclipse viewing site and the actual eclipse experience was extraordinary! All staff members were very kind and welcoming.”

“Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!”

“This is a beautiful property; new, clean and nicely furnished. Ricardo was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions. The property is about a half hour outside of Dallas by freeway, so location was not an issue. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.”
