"Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions."

"This was a perfect place for our family to stay while celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation! Spacious living room, very cute decor and good location. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance plus it is across the street from Cabela’s! The guys loved that! We did have issues communicating with the property manager when we got to Grand Forks, however, they made it right with us! We would stay there again!"

"There were certain things that I was looking for when I booked this VRBO. I thought I had found all that I needed, but the description on the site doesn't match the actuality. This "one bedroom" studio is definitely not 1132 sq ft. It's probably closer to 110 sq ft. Parking is not available every day (scheduled street sweeping prevents it certain days). The kitchen was not fully equipped nor some things in good condition. Lighting isn't well distributed so that parts of the room are bright and...

"The site was advertised as 2 br 2 baths. Actually, it was 1 and 1/2 bath. No washcloths. TV did not work, even after installing 2 new batteries. The guy who owned it seemed to try to please. "

"My family loved this cabin. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed using the kayak, paddle boats, paddle board and the fishing pole. We had a fire several nights. Our dog loved playing in the water and we even made a sandcastle. We would love to come back!"
