“If you need a spot to house many people and be a short uber drive to Xcel arena or downtown St Paul this is the place. Highly recommend Brunson's Pub and Caydence Records and Coffee. If you want to venture a little farther Surly Brewing is a awesome place”

“Loved Brian's place. The loft is decorated really nicely and is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed. My husband really enjoyed the Keurig machine and k-cups provided. Brian was a great host, very detailed check in and out instructions and also provided some great options for restaurants and bakeries as well as local entertainment. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do which was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The location of this property is very convenient, and it was very quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that is needed for those who cook - like a strainer or colander. Other than that, the kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Uptown gem. Our dates were 1st week of March so a little cold, but we did brave one walk down to the park and lake and it was amazing. So many people were out walking, biking and running: seems like a really active part of the city. I can only imagine how amazing it would be from spring -fall. We didn’t really utilize the house space because all our plans were out and about in the twin cities, but it has a full kitchen and dining room table and nice little……

“I would not stay again! Filthy room People hanging out in front of entrance. Front entrance not marked. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music. Worst place ever!”

“Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. ”
