"The house was beautiful. Nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue was trying to contact the owner to get check-in information. I had tried private messaging him on the app a couple days before check with no response. I contacted VRBO and they gave me his private number. I texted him and received a polite and thorough response rather quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, just the one little hiccup concerning check-in info"

"The host thought of everything as far as amenities from qtips to shower gel and shampoo (although we didn’t it was nice to see the extra touches). Very clean and well kept. Communication with the host was great and prompt. Spacious and comfy beds. I would certainly stay at this property again."

"Overall this place was just right for our visit for our daughter’s graduation from UNT. Access to the pools, gym and basketball court was amazing. If anything Id suggest a couple bowls in the cupboards, the pan for cooking was not something Id cook with. But I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. Id give it 5 stars."

"I stayed at this beautiful lake front property to view the 2024 eclipse with my family. My two children had the best time playing with the games upstairs and catching cat fish with their grandpa. It was wonderful and the views are amazing, great outdoor patio and pool area. Couldn’t have been happier."

"Where do I start? First of all, the host ( Christina ) was very kind and let us check in early and check out late. Brought the family, Seven adults and six grandkids. The whole family was blown away as soon as we entered the house. The views of the lake from the large windows in the living room and the master bedroom are indescribable. It was a very private area tucked into a cove with calm waters yet we were just right down the road from many restaurants and the beach park. I was able to leave...

"The property was as described and it was perfect for us. We cancelled our plans to go to an eclipse gala because we could sit outside by the pool with a pitcher of drinks, without a crowed, and watch the eclipse. Later, we had space to play fetch with the dogs. I would stay at the property again."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has all the essentials we needed and is very clean. We kayak, paddle boat, row swim and fish in the lake. Son and husband caught a fish which made our stay more memorable. Jeri was wonderful to provide all the restaurants and things to do around town and we did those as well. "The property was very cleaned and had most of every day issues (sheets/towels/pots and pans/dishware/ and more). The couch was the best ever nap I've ever had in a while. The bed too was comfortable to sleep. I would recommend this place to chill out and decompress from every day life."
