"I recently booked a stay for my mom and grandma, and included some special requests like message cards. The staff responded immediately after I booked and fulfilled all my requests. Their customer service is exceptional!"
"The Capitol hotel is an elegant, quiet oasis in the city. The gardens are beautiful. The view of the Hie Shrine is special. The metro is convenient and there is a 7/11 on the way to the subway. Highly recommended."
"Our experience at the Imperial Hotel was delightful to say the least. The moment we walked in we were greeted with wonderful hospitality, a stressfree stay and would definitely visit next time. "

Hilton Tokyo Bay
"We ALWAYS stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay every trip to Japan! The BEST STAFF & Hilton Hotel! We love it there! The staff is always so friendly & helpful! Having stayed there numerous times, we have made friends with some of the staff members! The rooms are big and very clean! Comfortable and it is not your typical Japanese Hotel room. Very spacious. All I can say is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel & their friendly staff! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Japan…hopefully soon! 😊"
"This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Conveniently located across the street from the train, you couldn't ask for more. You could shop, eat, bowl and more all in the hotel! I highly recommend! "

"Overall a very pleasant stay. We were very happy with the size of the room as had a toddler in tow and was great to have such a great space. Any storage was limited though, if it were me I would have canned the bath, and had a closet, but for those that love a bath you have one of those! Bed was super comfy in the (real) King. View of the park was nice as was on 5th floor, and was super accessible to a bunch of train lines and can use the skywalk pretty much the whole way to Ginza. Oh and the coolest bonus was they had free drinks in the bar at 5pm each day. Who doesn't love that?! All round great value, great size and great location. Would happily book again."
