“This idyllic home in the Highlands had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property owner was a breeze, she was on site to welcome us and explain a few things when we arrived. Great restaurant recommendations to local gems were fantastic. Breakfast at Rain and a birthday dinner at Old Pines were amazing. Immaculate, comfortable and serene lodgings with amazing views of Ben Nevis. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“We arrived at this cozy lodge after a long day of driving and exploring and were welcomed by the property manager and found the spot to be perfect for our needs. Since we arrived in the dark, we awoke to the most stunning views. Rains had left the top Ben Nevis and surrounding mountains dusted with snow. It was breathtaking. We thought we’d be off and exploring all the hiking the area has to offer (and hiking is available right out the front door) but we ended up staying close and relaxing in……

“Impressed with everything! Location was very secluded but very easy to find and near enough to shops for any basic foodstuffs etc. Great walking with the dogs - we hadn't appreciated the history of Golden Retrievers starts in the area (our girls are rescue 'Goldies'). Were lucky with the weather too! Will be back!”

“Sehr schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es gab Tee, Kaffee, Zucker und Milch sowie Kekse. Sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ca. 20 Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum von Fort William. Auch der Ben Nevis-Aufstieg ist zu Fuß erreichbar.”

“A delightful holiday property in an amazing location. We even saw the top of Ben Nevis from our bedroom window. Very tranquil and peaceful. Very clean, finished to a very high standard. The host was very welcoming and helpful and communication prior to arrival was very good.”

“Cozy little static caravan. Everything was clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen, towels in each room. It's one double bed and two single beds in three rooms. Roma are comfortable but small, so if you are a tall person you will struggle. 15 minutes walk from Fort Augustus. Quiet location. ”

“We had the best week in Scotland and will definitely return. The location of the property is fabulous. The scenery and wildlife were amazing. The Pine Martens came every night for the jam butties and eggs we put out for them. We even saw a Golden Eagle flying overhead. Walk down the path towards the Castle and there are seals on the rocks. Paula could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Sorry we could only stay for a week .”
