“This was our first trip as family (5) since Covid. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed everything from the basketball length infinity pool to the seaweed free beach to the waterpark (pretty far away). And free daily ice cream at the sweets shop. The shuttle service comes every 10-15 mins and sometimes a little longer depending on season. The kids loved riding on shuttle and preferred it over walking since restaurants are about 10 mins walk from pool and beach area. There is a little tucked……

“We had a really good time, the staff was very friendly specially Joel our guest service gave us a property tour and guided us to our room. In the Italian Restaurant the food was great and Kendry was super nice. At the beach Randy was always there taking care of us and Cappucino from the event and animation staff was always making sure everyone was having a good time and showing some of the people how to dance certain songs. ”

“Extremely clean, well maintained (buildings & grounds), and smelled nice. The staff was not aggressive but were attentive. Some reviews were negative about the beach but we enjoyed it. There is some coral, but easy to avoid. A couple of the restaurants were disappointments (Oceana & El Patio) but the others were wonderful. The mixed drinks were all syrup based frozen mixer style and were not great. The entertainment staff and shows were really nice and wonderful activities for……

Only gripe is the Indian restaurant which is the best restaurant in my opinion doubled as a restaurant for special dinners for some guests. This caused the restaurant to be unavailable for dinner about half the time.”

“Everything is good and staff was excellent, but they need more training even manager. Because if they don't have anything in restaurant, they should let the customer knows, but they take order and never bring it we wait 30min. and asked them to don't you have it? they are laughing at me and NO, it wasn't fun. I went to Dominican many times only this resort didn't have Mamajuana, staff didn't explain why, we bought from their store for Mamajuana. Except this all was good. ”
