“We rented the Vineyard house for an extended period as we ski Killington. The house is charming, comfortable and big enough to accommodate our 2 adult children and their significant others. Sharen and Mike were wonderful hosts! We will return to the Vineyard house for sure!”

“We’ve stayed at many homes through VRBO over the years, but this was our first time as the first ever guests! Our family, including two children and two dogs, very much enjoyed our stay at this 200+ year old farm house nestled among fields and woods in the mountains of Vermont’s northeast kingdom. “This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. There were 7 of us the first night, and 9 the next two……

“We loved staying here. Being able to do quick walks on the property with a senior dog and puppy was great. Each kid got their own room. Furniture in living room could have been better- only 1 couch - which doesn’t make it comfy for all 6 of us. That was the only issue. A little freaked about the parking but once there it was easy. Plenty of space to 3 point turn your car so you can pull straight out onto road.”

We were there too early in the season to take advantage of the water access, which we were bummed about because the weather was beautiful! Would love to stay there again in the summer!!”

“Lovely home! Tranquility at it's finest! Babbling brook going through the back yard! Family enjoyed cooking meals together in a huge kitchen! Enjoyed fires in the wood burning stove! Enjoyed the scenery hiking the 45 arce property. Enjoyed interacting with the goats, chickens, and ducks next door. 9 and 11 y/o had a blast. Host of the property was very accessible to whatever we needed! Our check out day we visited historic Bennington (historic street from the revolutionary war era). I can go on……

“This is a very nicely maintained 19th century farm house surrounded by long views over farms with wide open fields, reached by traveling over a few miles of back country dirt roads. If that's what you are looking for, you'll love this place. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen appliances are modern and in excellent condition, and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor bedrooms is steep and the stair steps are narrow, so……

“This property worked perfectly for our family of 17 people. We were celebrating my 75th birthday. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. We had a blast!”

“We stayed at this beautiful house, about one block from the Grafton Inn, for two nights for a wedding, and we absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful house, with lots of charm and plenty of space, and it is very comfortable, with lovely bedding and bath products. We'll have to think of another excuse to visit Grafton again so we can book it again! I would highly recommend this property to other families, friends, etc.”

“This house was a homerun. It was so clean and up to date; the small touches like the chargers in every room, and the kid friendly play area made staying in the house a joy. The back porch was basically our oasis for morning coffee, toddlers naptime reading and late night relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the crib was in a room with blackout curtains, which made putting a feral 2yo to bed a cinch. They also had a training potty, and a high chair, which tells me this owner really enjoys……
