"Pls beware of check in time. It’s only till 10:30pm. I arrived just a few minutes after 10:30pm as there was heavy rain in pitch dark roads and I couldn’t drive fast enough, the reception was closed and all lights turned off in the common area. Luckily, they put the emergency number there, I called and they sent someone to give us the room keys in a few minutes. Other than that, the services of the staff are friendly and I enjoyed my stay there. Parking right at the hotel front is also convenient. "

"The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child. I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience. Also, I can’t believe hotel charges for £12 parking fee when we already paid for room fee. "
