“spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. We mentioned to the driver it should be a fixed rate, who insisted their company doesn't have a deal with the hotel and that we need to present a corporate card. our overall experience with this property is……

“We loved the location as it was close to my husbands parents and plenty of shops and restaurants are close by. The space was great, as was having a washing machine and dryer as we were on a 3- stop holiday. We would suggest perhaps fitting darker curtains or blinds on the windows at the front of the property as the location is quite light even late in the evening. Otherwise lots of great facilities. “This home has so much character. I was a bit freaked out upon entering the house as it felt a little Ghost adventure-y...lol. it has a vibe for sure. But its just steeped in history...not ghosties. Super clean. Super comfortable. The locaction was spectacular and a quick walk downtown. Walki nstead of drive, youll get there faster avoiding trying to find downtown parking.
