Due to the very unclean condition of the house and pool as well as the many damages, we ended our stay after 1 night. Examples: The pool was only half full with dirty water; the barbecue is rusted and therefore not usable; AC worked only in 1 of 4 rooms; TV or remote control does not work; furniture and lamps are partly……

“We stayed at Villa Optima for 22 nights. The host Paolo was wonderful. He responded essentially immediately, and provided extra items for the house whenever we asked. He helped us buy fresh fish and rum and other things we needed. The private pool was very pleasant, and has some nice shaded areas so you can hang out there for a long time. The beach was just 50 yards away. It is a sandy beach and you can easily swim in the ocean. Usually there was no-one else on the beach, it was never crowded.……
