"This is a new and ongoing renovation of this property. The interior for a 1-BR provides needs. I provided recommendations to the owners to complete the unit so they can succeed. SmartTV but no cable so channels don't come through clearly. The neighborhood is not what an individual expects for a VRBO. Located in between Main Motors car dealership and a small used car dealership. Located in a building that has storefront, including a Buy/Sell Gold Silver shop."

"I am not sure what the difference between booking here versus at the hotel/online/phone. The room is also all the way on the far end of the 3rd floor. No close exits, Very small entry/driveway/check in area, easy access to the lobby, and the pool and hot tub are all the way on the opposite side of the building in a seperate area. The room was beautiful and as described. It just didnt seem that its any different."

"This is a very sweet beach house, well appointed for my husband and me and our teenage daughter. I loved the cozy modern feel of the interiors and all the amenities offered including the hot tub! We would love to come back in the summertime to make use of the water/kayaks and fire pit…too cold for that this time. The loons, geese, water and sunsets were also very calming and beautiful. The only thing for us was understanding when we would receive the key code and how to work some things. We know...

"Quiet and secluded spot far enough away from it all, without being too far. Stayed with some buddies and did some fishing and catching up around a camp fire, then went and saw a Vikings game downtown. Great location, great host."
