"The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff is super nice. It’s a short walk from the train station and from Centro Storico. But to get to either, you’re walking through a not so nice neighborhood filled with police, which should make it safe. Pool on top of the building with a bar and breakfast was really nice. It seems like they might be first of an attempt to renew the neighborhood. "

"Hotel directly across from train terminal so very convenient for that. However the outside at night seems a bit scary so we didn’t go outside because of that. Hotel lobby, and rooms however are very nice!! So being in the hotel feels like you are in a different area and feel luxurious! So the convenience to train and hotel quality outweighs any outside issues at night! "

"What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. There was somebody at the desk, all the time and they were always very friendly and I found a fabulous little restaurant that I ate at 2 out of my 3 nights probably 30 feet from the front entrance to the building. "I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."
