“We really enjoy it and everything was good. The staff, the room was very clean, big and have everything you need. The only thing we don't like was the air condition because didn't cool well. But overall was a good experience.”

“First time in the keys, captain pips was centrally located. We would consider this property a key west experience not a new and glamorous resort. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the patio and the authentic feel. There are some amenities on property like kayaks bikes paddle boards, it would be more beneficial for residents if these facilities were available after 4 pm. Kitchen was equipped with enough to cook small meals and reheat items. Inclusion of a cooler was a plus! Pool was open……

“We stayed at this beautiful resort for three nights and so glad we did. This resort had its own private beach. Access to free bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards for free. The beach had plenty of chairs, loungers, and umbrellas for free use. 20 feet away was a beautiful restaurant named Havana Jacks with plenty of food for lunch and dinner. It also had a tiki bar with lots of drink options. The views at both the hotel and restaurant were amazing. Our room was 302 on the third floor with a beautiful……

“Everything was so clean, enjoyed the atmosphere of the Marina. The only issue was flooding on the only road to access the property, caused by a "freak" rainstorm. This was by no means the fault of property management. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all in walking distance. ”

“ Very cool and very clean place. We saw a dolphin one morning off the back, a jelly fish and a huge manatee another day. A/C was great and place was furnished with all the essentials. Our only complaint was the shower, very poor water pressure and drained slowly as well. Other than that we enjoyed our stay for something different than a standard hotel. Would stay here again ”

“Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful.”

“We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was……
