“we had a wonderful experience in Avalon. staff were friendly. our clean was nice and clean. breakfast was good. convenient to shops and restaurants. walkable to the beach. i highly recommend!”

“South Beach is cross the street! Nice Cuba restuarant is just downstairs! Our room is roomy and quiet. However, the room and bath are not very clean and the be is too soft.”

“ I have paid deposit when I check in, but did not refund to me when I check out. Even it has passed 10 days I still have not got my deposit . I email to CASA hotel and no one reply to me. I am waiting my refund now. Please reply and return my deposit urgently. ”

“We stayed 3 night in this holiday. The room is same as picture, really nice. But the window of the room was towards the main street, so it was so noisy whole day, such as engine sounds, music If you have difficulty to fall in sleep or easy to wake by noisy, this is not a good choice.”

“We stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise the next morning and it was quiet, easy to find, and clean. The breakfast being included as a nice touch. Totally walkable to the beach and restaurants. After hours check in was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Would stay here again.”

“The location of the hotel is really nice, walking distance to Art Deco District and beach, but parking is inconvenient. Once you parked there, your key will be taken away and if you need to use the car or take anything from the car, you need to give notice to the receptionist 20 mins prior to scheduled time. I found it quite inconvenient, especially you need to pay 35 dollars for overnight parking. But of course, this is south beach. The room is smaller than it shows in Expedia, clean and tidy,……

“Loved everything about our stay! Great old hotel, cute old style elevator, nice stuff, breakfast outside and proximity to everything.”

“There is a strong sound of electricity every 15 minutes when sleeping at night. I stayed for 4 days and the room card error occurred every day. I had to go to the front desk to change the room card every day.”

“The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a great day there before our cruise. ”

“酒店总体风格是走现代化设计风格，但是房间里用的却是大台放在窗口的那种空调，所以晚上睡觉的时候噪音很大，还有一个让我觉得不是很舒服的地方就是厕所上方是没有灯光的，只能借助洗手池上的灯光。房间里冰墙辈子微波炉等设施比较齐全。酒店早上是包含免费早餐的，种类也比较齐全。离海滩很近，提供沙滩毛巾和躺椅，沙滩伞是要额外出钱的。酒店区域的室外是有休息沙发，晚上和朋友坐在外面聊天也是很舒服的。”

“Custo x beneficio muito bom. Bom cafe da manhã. Mas não limpam nem tiram o lixo do quarto todo dia. O quarto somente é limpo e com troca de roupas de cama a partir da 3a diaria,o que deixa a desejar.”
