“位置所在很热闹，出行方便，但是相应造成人流聚集混杂，客户设施比较老旧，配不上酒店星级标准，梯控没有门禁，人员可以随意到达楼层”

“Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. ”

“The staff were very helpful and our room was cleaned as we were told(every other day). The view from the 27th floor was amazing. Location was great!! The only complaint I have is the bed was really uncomfortable. ”

“Overall, lovely room in a boutique hotel. I stayed on a Sunday, so the area was quiet. There were eateries within walking distance. Only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. I was too tired to want to deal with luggage and getting to the pick up point for the airport shuttle from the airport. And the shuttle wasn't available at 7am the next day to take me to the airport. I used Uber both times. ”
