“We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. ”

“The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience.”

“We stayed at Marenas Resort many times. This is the first time we stayed in a private condo not in the hotel. My disappointment is only related to the specific unit we stayed in and its owner's (or manager's?) attitude to guests, nothing else. It is poorly maintained. Stains were everywhere - on the carpet, mattress, chair cushions, etc. The bed linen was very old; so old that the sheets had little holes. Some closet drawers and sliding doors were broken, so we even couldn't open them. The……

“Die Lage ist Top. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Man zahlt hier wohl hauptsächlich die super Lage. Der Check in war eher problematisch. Es gibt keine Rezeption und alle Details werden am Tag nach und nach per Mail geschickt. Somit braucht man ständig Internet Zugang was als ausländischer Tourist eher schwierig ist. Uns hat es trotz alledem gut gefallen. ”

“Only downfall was there was only 1 couch, and 1 TV. so for all 6 of us to wind down at the end of our days only it was near impossible to agree on something to watch. There needed to be TV's in the bedrooms.”

“Do not recommend! The pictures of the condo we thought we were reserving was NOT the same condo we got. We specifically booked a condo that listed a king bed for my elderly parents and there was no king bed. One room they claimed as a bedroom had no door so no privacy. Another bedroom had no window or closet and the door was barely hanging on with one hinge. So the 4-bedroom condo was not accurate. Place was not in good condition. Additionally we had no working tv or internet and the property……

“Wow where do I get started. This rentals manager was very poor at communicating. It was a complete nightmare. For what we were thinking would be a great weekend getaway turn out to be an overbudget nightmare. This lady did not communicate any instructions for entering the property and by the time I arrived to the property it was closed with no help for entering. We had a late flight and we were extremely tired from traveling across the United States from California on a flight. As I tried to……
