"I actually really loved this hotel. The location is great, the room itself was fantastic. My only two things was that there was an odd banging noise that sounded like construction or something that went on everyday except the day I was checking out. And the other is that the toilet roll holder didn't actually hold the toilet roll. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay and I would most definitely stay there again. "

"Fun and relaxing hotel.Great Bartenders,Friendly staff.They upgraded to a suite .Really nice room however,drapes didnt work,they held up with clips and smelled a little funky,not bad,but not fresh.Regardless i would stay again"

"Stayed at this property a few times because of its proximity to Universal Studios. They have a shuttle, but you could even walk, we will be back."

"We arrived at 8am and left our luggage. When we checked in at 7pm. There was a line and only 1 person working. We repeatedly asked for someone to retrieve our luggage. It took over 30 minutes. Otherwise, we had a nice experience. "

"The hotel and accommodations were very modern and stylish. The valet parking situation seems like it was an after thought or missed idea and can definitely be improved upon. The bathtub/shower idea was unique but proved messy as water splashed outside of the wash area due to lack of glass/sliding door."

"Very clean! Great environment & close to the walk of fame without the noise. Rooms are small but very comfortable bed & nice bathroom. My only criticism is the lights beside the bed should not be yellow it’s not Great at night. Just a preference "
