“Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. Reasonably quick elevators and plenty of them. I parked 2 blocks away under……

“Poor front disk service, the staff is not professional and works extremely slowly. No coffee maker in the room. The chairs are not comfortable. The power supplies are put far away from the desk and chairs, it’s inconvenient to charge the cellphone.”

“I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. ”

“旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！”

“I ordered for a king bed with sofa bed, but when the waiter was asked to come in the evening to turn on the night bed service, I was told that our sofa was just a regular sofa instead of a sofa bed. The hotel refused to address the situation. Also, when we requested extra pillows and sheets, the waiter touched (actually rubbed) my pillows with his face and body (clothes) which made me feel sick.”
