“The bedding was average The towels were terrible! The lowest of quality Something you would find in a 2 star. They were like bar/cleaning towels. I Spoke to the front desk that they were not acceptable for the standard of the resort and nothing happened. Was very disappointing the resort has gone below a 3 star”

“This location is an easy-peazy 8 minutes drive to Canmore, and so much more affordable than Canmore! The property is so quiet and peaceful. We fell in love with this place instantly upon our arrival. The property itself is so clean throughout and our hotel unit #3208 was super clean and inviting. Nothing was missing in the kitchen or rooms; and everything in our hotel unit worked perfectly. The staff work only few hours per day, but they are super courteous and helpful. Parking is located safely……

“Our suite was super tidy and we had a comfortable stay. The unit has all utilities including basic kitchen supplies that one may need during their stay. I definitely recommend booking this unit and will grab this property, on my next vacation to Banff, if available. Cheers to the hosts and staff for doing a great job!”
