“Everything is fine. ”

“Erst waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht, weil wir kein Zimmer im eigentlichen Palacio, sondern in einem Nebengebäude bekamen. Aber das Zimmer war sehr schön, sehr sauber, mit tollem Bad und tollem Bett. Die etwas überzogenen Preise für die Minibar (0,3 l Wasser für 4,90) möchte ich aber nicht unerwähnt lassen. ”

“Good location, just one minute away from the places of interest. Room is clean with nice decoration, but quite noisy if you open the balcony door.”

“The hotel is right beside the beach. It takes about 10-20mins to walk from Metro to the hotel. There are a lot of stores and scene to appreciate along the walk. The breakfast is wonderful and serves till 11. I will stay again. ”

“Had a fabulous time at this hotel. Our room was for 3. The double bed was huge we had a sofa bed which wasn’t that comfy but we managed. The bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and double sinks. The toilet could have done with a door for more privacy. The balcony was adequate for 3 people although the room was close to the road so it was quite nosey. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could think of! The hotel is perfectly located a walking distance from the marina and all the……

“The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and food is nice. However, I observed the following limitations, which in my opinion the hotel needs to address: - Limited guidance if any is available on guided tours and excursions given the hotel is located in a popular tourist area. The hotel uses an external part-time travel agent who attends for 45 minutes 4 days a week at inconvenient times. - Safety box in the room is rented for $3 a day. In our experience hotels do not charge for this service……

“It was a comfortable stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is just right down of the road, with shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Calle San Miguel.”
