“Parking is super expensive. They waved it for some people who stayed in the hotel but not for all of us . You need to park in the parking garage on 401 not the 400 address to the hotel. Pool is small and cold ”

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby looks amazing and the room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up the next day.”

“Our A/C didn’t work and when we told the front desk, it was a known issue and they still put us in that room. ”

“Everything is good and well organized. But I personally prefer self parking than valet parking.”
