“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“We had four nights in the De La Danza suite( a disco/nightclub Ibiza theme. It has large balcony/lounge/bedroom 2 TVs ( 1 with Sky ) and very large en-suite. Sep shower for two and a very deep bath with hand held rinse. Over designed funky theme, lacking in practical points. Takes couple of days to work out lighting options. No hooks for robes or towels, no mirror within cord distance of hairdryer ( had to look at tv screen) and no good area for putting on make up. art over bed digs into your……

“Two days for a birthday weekend in Brighton. Really nice little hotel, clean rooms, well-located for all the main attractions and plus a cosy bar. Friendly staff. Perfect and just what we wanted”

“房間窗口對住大型垃圾運輸站，一開窗臭氣熏天，要求換房間，安排了我們由309換成306的，但306一樣正對著垃圾運輸站，酒店說沒有其他房間了，很不滿意的一次住宿”

“員工十分的親切還有熱情，雖然電梯壞了所以得自己扛很重的行李，但他們有幫忙搬~我住的是六人房，房間比想像的大很多，行李很夠放，但是床沒有窗簾是小缺點。浴室是一間房間一個，很乾淨而且若是忘了帶洗髮乳沐浴乳可以去跟櫃台拿~ 一樓還有自助的廚房，如果想要喝熱水可以自己去燒，很推薦可以去哦!”

“We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”

“The location of hotel is good and you can find various shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars just around. The view outside is nice as you can see the sea at a walkable distance. You can also enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the cafe at beach. The indoor design is warm. However the heater did not provide enough heat and the hot water supply at bathroom is not stable. There is no lift and you may evaluate if you can take a big luggage upstairs although I guess you can ask for a room at lower……
