“Le Pavilion is often my go-to hotel when visiting NOLA. I like the classy facade and hotel interiors. The rooms are pretty good size, classy style with tall ceilings. The bathrooms are very well styled with marble in a European style. The value in this area is really hard to beat. I prefer the 'edge of the French Quarter' location on Poydras St, making it more accessible to everything without the French Quarter traffic.”

“We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. It wasn't our server's fault, but I will not ever eat there again after this happened. We usually stay at this Omni at least once a year, so it is a shame.”

“The location is in the city center, easy to go anywhere. But if you drive by yourself, it is inconvenient to park, and the cleanliness of the room is average. When we first arrived, the bathroom was very smelly, and there was no exhaust fan to dispel the smell.”

Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. Was not sure if I needed to request that it be done everyday. Room was beautiful, the view was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”
