“Area clean with diversified culture ”

“We love this hotel, this is our second stay here and we are already planning our third visit. The hotel is well designed, spectacular views, great beach and beachfront location, superb staff, especially Cindee Zuleta, the Assistant General Manager and never stops helping and being attentive, and Sean the bellman, who is a bundle of warmth, energy and charm. No place better!”

“We had an excellent week! The staff were just amazing-so kind and helpful. It’s the little things that make for happy vacationers! Such as staff setting up beach chairs and umbrellas, having excellent coffee in your room, small enough not to have to fight to get a pool side. The food was very good, but a tad expensive, especially for Canadians with the high exchange rate. I’d recommend having a lunch menu that is more reasonable. Our AC unit gave us some trouble intermittently. We……

“The property was conviently located to the beach, dining, and shopping. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property does look in need of some upkeeping. At first glance, our room appeared clean but, when looking closely, it was dirty. Doors were filthy. Kitchen was dirty. The gym was really nice. It was open 24 hours which is rare at resorts. Overall, we would stay at the Hilton Beach Resort again. Just wish cleanliness would improve. ”

“Stayed here for 3 nights during Mother’s Day weekend with my sister. Pros: convenient location with places to eat within a two minutes, able to walk across the street to the beach, clean and safe resort, friendly staff. Cons: bathroom was very small, shower only has half a glass wall allowing water to leak out all over the floor and then you’re left with soaking wet towels on the floor all day, housekeeping only comes if you request them before 12 PM on the day, the pillows are extremely……
