"The parking available was small and full so you had to park in a lot for another hotel down the road."

"A surprise that valet parking was required. Tv didn’t work, a fee for internet use. It seems when you pay premium price, some amenities should be provided. Only half of the elevators was working , the George Strait concert the line stretched outside the lobby to use the elevators. Needless to say I will not use this property again."

"Location was excellent to walk to Bank of America stadium or Spectrum Center.Great food choices.Staff was friendly from arrival at valet parking to Roosevelt taking care of our luggage and getting us checked in.Had an issue with our television maintenance tried to get issues resolved but couldn’t so was moved to another room.Wiuld highly recommended."

"We arrive later in the day hungry, tired after driving from usc for orientation . The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. I even won a free entree which we used for dinner that night. It’s very close to the airport and easy to get to. "

"The hotel was just ok- I probably wouldn’t stay again. Good place to lay your head and in a good location however the loud cars and people at midnight came right through the windows thus waking me up, the coffee shop didn’t know how to charge drinks thus charged $4 on top of the frappe cost just for a flavor, figuring out where to park was challenging and the bed was just ok. For the price we paid I certainly expected way better "

"I did an8 day stay here on my first trip to Charlotte. Pros: Very clean inside, very convenient location, full kitchen, reasonable price, good general inventory of pots/pans/plates for cooking and other general supplies. Cons: Noise - but only through the ceiling from the room above. The kitchen/living room have vinyl flooring and either there is no noise insulation or it is poor quality. Footsteps, noisy appliances (the dishwasher and AC are very loud in the unit) all seemed to go...
