“the hotel is old, I understand it is under renovation now but the room I stayed, there is noise from the ventilation whenever you turm on the light of the washroom. The bath tub surface is chipped. The air-condition makes noise too... actually you cannot have agood sleep”

The Fairmont Waterfront has done an excellent job at keeping the best parts of traditional hotel experience while with new modern/digital touches. The Le Labo partnership was also an incredible surprise. I will be visiting again - I absolutely loved it!”

“Overall it’s a very nice experience staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient, walking distance to different skytrain stations and even to canada place. Contactless check-in and checkout process are impressive. It would be perfect if the towels and table surfaces are cleaner.”

While there's an opportunity to enhance the bathroom fan due to the shower curtain smell caused by humidity, the overall experience is still enjoyable. The hotel location is absolutely unbeatable, unless the sound of airplanes is a concern for you.”

“The stay at the hotel Blu had everything in walking distance from great restaurants to shopping and parks. The staff was friendly and always finding a way to help. The conditions of the hotel were clean and well looked after including the gym, the pool and very clean hot tub that is impressive. Highly recommended . ”
