“I liked the quietness and some of the services I didn´t like some hotel services that I think it could be much better. For instance the fact that we had to ask all the time for fresh towels in the room; the room itself had no basic perks like free bottles of water or chocolates etc. Another disappointing thing was the paid (and very expensive) sauna service............different from other 5 Star hotels around the world”

“We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so……

“I suppose to be in plaza they give me room at golf resort. On check in I pay for the 1 night and on the check out they charge me extra (telling me that I didn't pay the tax) while the real price was for plaza not golf resort. Didn't give me the WiFi password. Didn't give me the golf view. There is much better hotels and resorts with friendly stuff than swiss in.”
