“The hospitality of the staff was excellent and the location was easy to find. The only disappointment was that the walls between us and our neighbors were thin and we could hear the noise well, and the windows were not double-glazed, so the noise from cars on the main road was very loud.”

“Our stays in Mena House was peaceful and fantastic. The room is clean, viewing the Giza Pyramids, cool pool, quality services, etc. The room decoration is not great but so far it is clean and tidy. The balcony is nice facing the Giza Pyramids; the breakfast with various choice of food was great too. If I would need to give a recommendation to the hotel, some staff are not very helpful and just giving standard quality of services and the food quality in the restaurants for lunch and dinner is……

“The location is very convenient, just 2 minutes walk to the Egyptian museum, maybe that’s why many police force in this area, make tourists feel safe. The staff here are very helpful and enthusiastic, a nice experience. ”

“Although there were some issues on the first day that required me to stay at another nearby hotel for one night, the problems were later resolved. The hotel had excellent renovations, and the staff were very friendly. It was located very close to the attractions, with convenient transportation, and there were also many restaurants around.”

The mattresses are extra firm. Not my preference but the room a/c will freeze you out. Breakfast is included. Not your average western omelette but it’s filling. You Love the view. “Mooi Hotel, personeel vriendelijk en hulpzaam, kamers zijn mooi netjes en als omschreven, helaas tijdens mij verblijf waren ze aan het verbouwen. Dus dat zorgde voor een klijn beetje overlast. Maar een kamer met pyramide uitzicht is prachtig maar je hoort de auto’s en claxonneren erg goed.”
