“無足夠車位，説好的免費泊車呢？原來只有十個車位左右，結果要泊街 (8am要揸車走/入錶) 房間ok，廁所都幾大 早餐area 太多人, 好混亂，而且無人收拾乾淨 ”

“On arrival at Waterside Hotel, found the car park was mostly filled with work vans, so wondered if it was the right choice for a couple, but on entering we found the staff friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean, the TV was set on the dressing table blocking the mirror. Breakfast in the morning was really good, with a great choice and tasty well cooked hot food and good speedy service, so good value overall.”

“We had originally planned 2 nights in The Spey, but we had to leave after 1 night due to a storm incoming & needing to catch a very early flight in Inverness. We loved the room & the quiet setting. Bed was firm, which was perfect. Very clean. No staff on site, which was odd but not a problem. Would stay here again.”

“On arrival I had a problem with my room door, after waiting in the bar for around 30 mins the very helpful young lady off reception came and offered me a free room upgrade which turned out to be very nice. Breakfast was expensive and very average, bathroom in my room was superb the rest of the hotel was a little musky smelling and in need or some work everywhere except the dinning area and the bathroom, my friends room near reception was very musky smelling and was over £100, stunning gardens……

“Very reasonably priced stay. Basic room that is a little dated but was absolutely fine for a night. Didn't have time to sample any of the cooking and/or on-site pub but they looked good.”
