“1) After getting my key to step into the room, the room was still dirty and not yet clean. 2) At about 3:00 a.m. during my stay, the reception wrongly issued the room key to another party and entered my room. This hotel was extremely poor service and very old. I will never visit it again!”

“This is probably the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed in. The building and its architecture are unrivaled. From the beautiful outside to the minor details on the inside. The lobby is absolutely fabulous, and also the gym is well-equipped, including free cold bottles of water. We had a room in the Residence Tower, and it was comfortable and clean. We had a decent view from the room. So far so good, but this hotel has issues. I did not experience any 5-star experience when it comes to……
