“Hotel stuff are very slow at work specially receptionist. they take almost 40 minutes to check in one guest. I was waiting to check in almost 1 hour. ”

“Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain.
