“It’s my second time staying at this establishment, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. The rooms and beds are as advertised. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. The place is certainly an economical option but I got my money’s……

“I absolutely loved this place! Check in was super easy with the lockbox and Gloria (house manager) was communicative. I only stayed one night (wish I had more time) but the unit was perfectly stocked with a nice pull out couch, separate bed, fans, , kitchenette. It was incredibly clean. About a 10 minute walk or so to beach and then another 10 to marina. The outside space is incredible. Big hot tub with outdoor seating and plants. Roof top balcony with views for days!”

“Absolutely beautiful location. We arrived on a sunny day and were graciously greeted by our hosts. Great pool and hottub set up and we had everything that we needed at the property. There was a landslide which blocked the direct South road to Topanga from the southern highway. We were rerouted (by google) to take the Las Flores road to get to Topanga. It ended up being a wonderful diversion and we got to see some amazing properties on the way. Would actually recommend taking that route at……

“Most of this experience was as advertised. The place a little farther from the Metro and Hollywood Blvd than I expected, but also the uphill climb may have contributed to that. Checkin was easy peasy. Linda was extremely accommodating and responsive, granting me an early checkin and late checkout (I should preface this by saying that there was no one staying there directly before or after me). “Everything listed is very accurate. This place was the closest to everything that I was visiting and it is a lovely neighborhood. The Wi-Fi is wonderful and super easy to connect to. All the necessities were given and very clean! Parking is definitely not an issue as long as you follow the parking instructions given. The two little doggies were very friendly and cute. I would recommend this place if you’re wanting to feel at home and not confined to a hotel room.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!”

“This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. ”

The kitchen area had silverware and cooking equipment including microwave, toaster oven and counter top burners. The casita was very clean and comfortable. ”
