At first when I arrived I was a little skeptical, I didnt know the area and it was a small trailer park --- but once inside, the single wide was clean and nice. The community was quiet. “Virginia’s Country Cottage is beautiful, clean, & close to our family that we went to visit. Cathy was so kind, gracious, and attentive! The property was quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit and private backyard area, and got to see some deer, a fox, and some other wildlife. The cottage was well equipped with everything we could have needed and so cozy. I would highly recommend this property! :)”

“The kitchen was stocked well for what we needed, the washer and dryer is a bonus when you go to the beach multiple times, it’s a small yet spacious house, feels open and inviting at the same time. Katrina was very easy to get in touch with and pleasant to talk to. All in all if we go down to Jacksonville again we will be looking this house up!”
