“This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front.……

The house is cozy and comfortable, attractively decorated and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including off-street parking. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the heart of Old Town Alexandria and Washington, DC is a short ride away by metro or car and you can take a water taxi for a more scenic route.”

“We needed a place to stay for a team meeting. This place was perfect in location and size. The backyard provided a nice table with lights to sit outside and unwind after a long day. The neighborhood is safe and great for walks in for dinner or exercise. Host is very close (next door) and very responsive… lots of good coffee options.”

“Great family vacation. We walked to dinner in the neighborhood and walked the dogs to the park, and walked to the metro to take in the sites, museums, and even a caps game. Close to the airport and a huge shopping center. We recommend the District Biscuit company...very yummy and close by. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and theres a great park nearby for dmall children to play. The house is very quiet with plenty of room for the whole family.”

“Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer. Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay here with our family while seeing the sights in DC. The townhouse was cozy and clean and it felt very nice to come back to a "little home away from home" after a long day out. The two car garage was a big bonus. It took a bit of stress out knowing that we always had a place to park waiting for us when we got home, and didn't have to worry about finding street parking. We came in two cars: one of them just barely fit lengthwise, so keep in mind that a longer sedan may have……

“Perfect house for our trip. Everyone had their own space. We were there very little but enjoyed the time we had. Accessing the metro was a breeze parking at the Van Dorn station and riding in.”

“This house was great! Less than a 5 min walk to the bus stop and then a quick ride to the metro! We were able to spend all our days exploring DC and the house was stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows,towels, kitchen utensils, ect!”

“We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient ”

“This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. The place could use a deep clean (fridge, baseboards, etc.),……

“This is a really fun location right on King street. Highly recommend. The room is like an efficiency apartment, very cool. We just used the fridge but there is cookware and glass cups. It is a homey kind of feel. We used the dishes and used the sink for daily washing. This apartment is right in the middle of a busy street. So it is pretty lively until after midnight.
