“Very pleased with this hotel, so we came back when we retuened to Almaty. Very clean property. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with super clean comfortable bed. Wifi acceptable but could be improved. Front desk was extremely helpful with all needs. In a very nice neighborhood, and is located close to major train station, supermarket, major bus routes into city, and local parks. Will be happy to stay here again in the future.”

They don't believe it.. don't find out.. and the speech is very bitter.. I only have to ask my friend to call hotels.com. I have to clear the payment. Customer service is very annoying. Nachteile waren lediglich: kaum noch Wasserdruck wenn man wirklich warm duschen möchte, Klimaanlage war im März bei 22 grad draußen nicht anzuschalten was im Zimmer 28 grad mit sich brachte, Bar in der Lobby unverhältnismäßig teuer für das preislevel in der Stadt, Beispiel 1 lokal Bier 7,90 EUR”

“Pro: Room size Cons: nonprofessional and unfriendly staff at the reception desk during my check-in (it took 40 minutes to check-in and I had to contact Orbitz), Hard to control hot/cold water for shower,”

“The room was great and very comfortable. The reception also spoke great English and helped me when I arrived earlier than the regular check in time. Breakfast wasn’t that great as the main buffet came out later than expected, but the views from the rooftop cafe were unparalleled. Overall a great place to stay in Almaty and I’d definitely be back.”
