“This hotel was not a hotel...it was a dirty apartment (fraudulent advertisement). The shower curtain had mold, the bathroom had ants, the rug was stained and toilet flooded upon the first flush. My 9-year old daughter woke up with a bug on her stomach (either a tic or a bed bug). We had to immediately leave and the property. The property then told us the situation could have easily been rectified and we should have stayed. They subsequently claimed the property was fine and claimed that I……
