“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”

“The smell in the room is very bad, the sanitation is not clean, the kitchen is very old, the swimming pool is not available, the attitude of the staff is very bad, and the overall feeling is very unhappy”

“Overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. I had a suite with full kitchen and the room was very accommodating. The staff left me with mixed feelings of customer service. Some were friendlier than others and this applied to front desk as well as the cielo bar. the food was a bit of a hit and miss however i did enjoy the majority of offerings especially a really well prepared steak on my last days stay there. I liked the aspect of parking my vehicle and being able to take an elevator……

“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”

“The staff were all very kind and helpful. Bowo who cleaned our room was amazing and Staff dinning room and windjammer we amazing. The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten intolerance with amazing gluten-free food. It would have been easier if there was a list of gluten free breads, English muffin or pancakes some where.”

“Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!”

“The stay in the hotel was really nice, the only poor thing is a breakfast but can not blame the hotel, breakfasts are terrible in every hotel in America so it seems it’s normal. Not very far from the beach, around 10 min walks through the bridge.”
