Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. “Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property.”

“This little house was a great resting point while we ran up and down the outer banks. Really close beach access with a place to leave your shoes. Fairly quiet area in early May. Depending on who rents around you of course. Make sure to bring some cookware of you plan to do any major cooking, not many pots and pans. The couches are old and itchy, may want to bring a cover. Other than those things,we really had a great time on our stay.”

“Immaculately kept property with outstanding beach views from the house and balcony. Very comfortable, nicely furnished and well decorated home. The best part was the sound of the surf through the sliding glass doors at night! The stairs are a bit of a hike, especially with luggage, but well worth it if you can manage them. Lots to do in the surrounding area.”

“The beach house was exactly like it was described. It was a lovely home and a very close to the beach. The area is relaxed with lots of opportunities for fishing and swimming. We really enjoyed our vacation!”

“Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house.”

“Little one room apartment that is close to great restaurants, Avon pier and a charge point. Teslas need the IKITS CCS1 Charger Adapter. If you are out playing all day and don’t need a seat with a view - its a great place to sleep make breakfast and go!”
