There were beach chairs, kayak and all the items that we didn’t have to bring. Retail and restaurant’s are in walking distance. There is a bar/ restaurant across the street. You do not hear the outside noise from within the house. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home."

"We thought this home on Avon was the perfect spot for our family; just a short walk over the Dunes to the ocean and a not too busy beach. We walked to the Avon Fishing Pier, souvenir, coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. The area and beach felt safe and it was very clean. There is a mix of rentals and homeowners in the immediate neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised that the cottage seemed larger and more open than the online photos. "We found the home clean, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen was great and housed anything you could possible need. There was plenty of comfortable seating and a table for game playing. The house is very open so we could enjoy being all together at all times. There was plenty of beds for all, and the mattresses slept wonderfully. Communication with the host was exceptional. Our family would definitely recommend staying here to all."

"Could not say, I had to leave the area after staying 1hr due to work priorities, and did not have chance to shower or sleep at location. The contact I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating. "

"Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house."

"Little one room apartment that is close to great restaurants, Avon pier and a charge point. Teslas need the IKITS CCS1 Charger Adapter. If you are out playing all day and don’t need a seat with a view - its a great place to sleep make breakfast and go!"

"The house fit all of us comfortably with the many bedroom options. A plus would be if they offered linens like most rentals. Having to pack sheets & towels is a big hassle. The house was spacious but a bit dated. Beautiful views but for older folks - it’s a lot of stairs - just fyi. Nice location with dock for fishing and riding kayaks."
