“The place was perfect for me! I definitely enjoyed myself, I thought it would be right on beach but location was perfect for a quick stroll! I did have an issue getting in, the instructions given was off but I figured it out after a few tries! Place looks better than picture with new paint job, new sofa, kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed to cook while I was there. “The property itself was clean and as advertised, but was still smaller than anticipated. We had to store our empty suitcase in our car because there is no room. There is no privacy if you use the porch and upper deck which was annoying. The neighbors are so close you can hear each other’s conversations and you could probably touch each other if you reached out. That’s how close the units are to each other. “We met up with our daughters as we all live in different states. This cottage had everything we needed for a quick long weekend trip. We arrived ahead of our girls. There were beach chairs, kayak and all the items that we didn’t have to bring. Retail and restaurant’s are in walking distance. There is a bar/ restaurant across the street. You do not hear the outside noise from within the house. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home.”

“We thought this home on Avon was the perfect spot for our family; just a short walk over the Dunes to the ocean and a not too busy beach. We walked to the Avon Fishing Pier, souvenir, coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. The area and beach felt safe and it was very clean. There is a mix of rentals and homeowners in the immediate neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised that the cottage seemed larger and more open than the online photos. “Our family loved our stay. We had to leave a little early due to car trouble but we plan on making another visit as soon as possible. Owners were great, even helped get us it touch with a mechanic. House was beautiful, sunrises and sunsets on the deck were amazing. Had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing home with us!”

“The cabin is a bit small for four people, but just right for two. The furnishings are worn but comfortable. We had trouble accessing wi-fi at first, but an agent came right over and fixed it. Lots of construction noise in the area, bit that will soon go away. My only criticism is that the den has no lighting, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets.”

“This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us.”
