“We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything.”

“The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!”

“Casita and yard was in disrepair. Ceiling electrical, beams exposed throughout entire casita. Bathroom has holes where bars missing. No towel rack, missing handle on vanity. No toilet paper, and other supplies. Bed linens poor quality no blankets, bed had 2sheets, thin cover. Casita furniture poor quality. Broken metal patio set laying around front of casita entrance. Our car had to be parked on the street, with a very long walk from car to casita on grass , from street curb, to long gravel……

“Fun property, great room. Loved that the bedroom was separate. Pools were awesome! It is great that there were adult-only areas. Only drawback is the parking. There is no parking close to our room and it was quite a hike to bring our gear in the heat. Otherwise, good experience.”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
