“Beautiful property and surrounding area. Extremely clean and elegantly updated. The reason for 4 stars: rooms do not have mini frig, or coffee makers. Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known..”

“Let's cut to the chase, this hotel is simply terrific. I was only there for one night as it was a flight schedule thing, but if asked, would I stay here again? Simple answer, definitely. Check in was simple and the reception was welcome and friendly. All of the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant, which is a huge plus. The room, sorry, suite, itself was incredible in my opinion. More than adequate for up to four travellers. The bed was really comfortable and although I didn't try……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft Ballantyne. We brought our dog and everyone was so welcoming to her as well! the front desk staff helped us find a great place to eat that was dog friendly. We were also very happy with the cleanliness and quality of the room! ”

“We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable.”

“We waren in Charlotte voor het WK BMX in rock Hill. De kamer had alles wat we nodig hadden, zithoek, kitchenette, heel goed bed en kussen en degelijke badkamer. Enkel jammer dat de kamers niet iedere dag opgeruimd werden. Ontbijt was naar Amerikaanse normen zeer degelijk. De liggen is top, met restaurants en winkels op wandelafstand.proper indoor zwembad en kleine fitness aanwezig. We zouden er zeker terug gaan.”
