“Great location with good price”

“Glad to see Santa Cruz is updating and continuing to update. This hotel is in a prime location. It’s a nice and clean hotel. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Parkings are limited. Our beach front view from our balcony was beautiful, minus the homeless tent in front us (on the beach sidewalk) and the homeless guys shooting up heroine. No worries. He left people a lone. ”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

I think for the price, daily housekeeping should be offered, even if it’s a change of towels and restocking of coffee. Stay was very pleasant ”

“Check in and out was super simple and staff helpful. Only issues we had were WIFI wasnt connecting and toilet seat was extremely loose. Pool was said to be heated but was not. Kids didnt mind but us parenta had to suffer it. Lol all things aside. We always stay here so we will be back. ”
