“Great little cabin for a quick trip. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for my family of 4 - kids ages 2 & 4. There is a cute creek and big rock they climbed in the morning as I made breakfast. The use of Nordic Village amenities is key! The cabin is very small, but it was everything we needed. As my kids get older, the space wouldn't work bc it is a bit tight, but I would definitely rebook for a future stay before we outgrow it. For families with very busy toddlers, be aware -……

“We had a few hiccups (cleaning company hadn’t come) but fortunately the people before had left the house in good condition. The owner was so really responsive and tried to fix the situation as quickly as he could which we really appreciated. Also, The top bunk does not have a rail so I would avoid having kids up there if you can!”

“The overall size of the cottage was more than enough for my spouse, myself and our yellow lab. We spent our vacation hiking so it was a convenient location as well when we traveled to the white mountains. And as a vegan I liked that it was within close proximity to a number of vegan friendly options.”

“It’s a nice place, good location. I had to call the property management to get the check in information which isn’t what I expected. The property was clean and warm. TV and Wi-Fi were not functioning, which wasn’t a huge problem but also not anticipated.”

“We loved our stay on Sheep Island with the family, kids and grandparents. We have been coming to Kezar for years so are familiar with this part of the lake. We were so happy with the property which faces the mountains for great sunsets and views. Cabin 1, which is newly renovated was our home base for relaxing and eating meals with Cabin 2 mainly used for sleeping. The boatride to and from the private dock is less than 5 minutes, with access to the lake and cabin an easy walk. Cabin 2 is a bit……

“Thanks for opening your home to me and my family. This was our 2nd stay at this location and it was just as fantastic. Perfect location close to Loon, ice castle and restaurants. You have all the comforts of home. We had wonderful time and can’t wait to come back next year.”

“Even though we came up for the eclipse, the stay was very nice! The house was clean and comfortable, the host thought of so many nice touches! We hiked nearby and enjoyed the town of Gorham and the train up Mount Washington. All was very relaxing and a wonderful getaway!”

“Access to the private beach is really only obtainable by driving to and walking through the neighborhood beach. Walk down the very slept and dangerous hill can be achieved if you are bringing nothing with you and wearing laced shoes. Definitely not an option if you have any walking challanges Outside of not having waterfront…Property has an awesome view of the lake, is very well kept and had everything we needed to have a fantastic stay.
