Parking lot was a short walk across the property, quite a ways from our room...I prefer closer to the bldg., but it wasn't raining, so we survived. Comfortable place for families...pool looked nice. The Continental Breakfast looked reasonable, but we have our favorite breakfast spot , so we just got coffee. We would……

“This Holiday Inn is our "go to" when visiting North Conway. It's affordable, clean, safe and comfortable and we have anything we need. There are grocery stores close by, a Walmart and lots of good restaurants. The staff are all friendly and willing to help and the breakfast, each morning, is very good with a terrific selection. ”

“It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience……
