“Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing. Its great to be so near the city, but be able to escape the noise when its time to relax. This home was in a beautiful area. We had our own private entrance and all the conveniences we needed for a 4-night stay.”

“Perfect spot for a special graduation weekend! The location is beautiful, the staff very accommodating, the room extremely clean and comfortable and the bar and restaurant cozy and delicious! Nice way to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation!”

“We stayed two nights at this place.there was one night it was very noisy outside of our door , sounds some people are standing near our door in the hallway and talking and laughing so loud, it kept about couple hours and it was late night. I couldn’t sleep and called front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do. It was so bad experience.”

“Everything was perfect until that false fire alarm went out crazy for 50 minutes at midnight. ”

“The unusual thing about the River Inn is literally every employee, front desk, bellman, food service & room cleaning go out of their way to be friendly and extremely helpful. Even the small things, heading toward the elevator? They push the call button. Need hot water? Here it is. Need a recommendation? They ask a couple of questions and you get all the details. Heading for the door? Anybody in the vicinity opens it. Don't see this as consistently at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton!”

“When I checked in this hotel, I had to wait for a long time. The front desk was new and unskilled. But the most terrible thing is that there are cockroaches in the room, very huge cockroaches. I took many photos, and I didn't dare to sleep all night. Not only that, the sheets were stained when I checked in. It was disgusting. Hilton was chosen in the hope that brand supervision would at least be reassuring in terms of hygiene. I'm so disappointed with this stay”
